How We’re Organized
A working committee, not a passive checkbook.
QCA Ventures runs as a member-led collective. Fund management sits with Tony Shipley and John Habbert as co-fund managers, with day-to-day operations led by the Executive Director and Operations Manager. Around that core, standing committees carry the work that keeps 215+ members engaged and the group visible.
- Fund management — co-fund managers steward member capital across the portfolio, backed by board oversight.
- Marketing & Member Engagement — co-chaired by Sue Baggott and Steve Baggott, keeping members connected and the community active.
- Standards & Practices — chaired by John Ward, holding diligence and process to a consistent bar.
- Image & Awareness — led by Kevin Martin, carrying QCA’s presence across Greater Cincinnati.
